1. Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill
So much good stuff in here learning about imagination, procrastination – how it’s a disease – and how little tiny habits can lead to big things. So compounding on little tiny things ends up making massive differences in your life.
2. Becoming Supernatural – Joe Dispenza
Amazing book. This taught me about the power of your mind and that everything is energy. Everything around us is vibrating – it’s all energy – and so the way that you think controls the way that you feel and the way that you feel is emitting an energy.
3. Own the Day – Aubrey Marcus
This is probably one of my first ever books when I started my personal development. This book taught me a lot about nutrition, hydration, how to eat right, how to sleep right, everything that you need to do in the physical realm to become the better you.
I highly recommend these three books for your own personal development journey. Read them and really document them. Don’t just read the book and go wow that was a good book. Document as you go the different chapters and write down your biggest takeaways.
Then you can implement them. There’s no point in reading all this stuff if you don’t implement it. Knowledge is not power. Knowledge is potential power. It only becomes power when you put it into motion.
