How to Get Video Testimonials

I cannot push enough how important it is for you to get mums, dads, tradies and any of your previous clients in front of the camera and talk about your business (prices, systems, service).

It’s all good for you to stand in front of the camera and talk about that, but for potential clients to hear an actual previous client talk about that, it’s the loudest thing that’s out there. That’s why it’s so important.

And here’s how you do it: send out an offer for something free. Go through the last 12 months of your previous clients – you should be keeping track of this stuff – and send out an email blast with an offer.

It could be a service that takes 15 minutes, a clean or an upgrade. It could be some sort of value that you can give back to these guys. Then say all you need to do is say I’m going to give you a free service valued at $250 – in return can I please ask you 3 questions that’ll take 15 seconds.

When they see 3 questions and 15 seconds on video, it’s a no-brainer. No one can say no to that, it’s easy! It’s worked for me. I’ve done it hundreds of times already.
